Moroccan product is high in cadmium and the EU is likely to lower their tolerances soon. Some EU countries already have and other non EU countries may follow. That should clip their wings a little. They're also sourcing some of their product from West Sahara which is being legally challenged I believe.
On cost of product, if they can hit around US$60-65 FOB they are in the top quartile of new phosphate mines and quite profitable even at the present depressed prices IMO.
