Don't agree. Delays are unacceptable. Don't they get paid enough? And wtf happened with the silica sample that spent months and months in Canada? Surely it didn't spend all that time sitting in storage. Now its back in Oz!! Not 1 iota of info. A bit like our directors travelling the world and achieving fa, can't see the need for sending samples for holidays too.
