5 years of no profits but they have wasted hundreds of millions of shareholders money. 

Their chairman is a lawyer, old experienced dog so they'll put up a tough fight if any legal action is taken. These stocks are very high risk, those putting everything into a spec are not wise unless you don't care about losing it all. One of my largest holdings is in BHP, very trusted and safe with 12.5% return in the last year, more than your savings account. Don't get greedy people, take moderate profits and move on to the next stock, don't marry any stock like a lot of the holders here have.
