I am not a holder but I was interested for awhile. I went back and check, and that is really wrong. That should get ASX query to some degree. I would've thought the Ruby assets sale would require shareholders' approval since it seems to be a major change in company activities. $10m worth of shares was rather vague to begin with. However, looking at Fura's share price when the deal was struck until now, it should've been equivalent to at least 30m shares. Why are the shareholders putting up with the charade?
