5.1mil debt to NXE and 2.8mil to Fura is what holders get for the whole ruby scam, not to mention the almost complete destruction of shareholder value, selling assets next to nothing to a Chinese company, andto add salt to wound the directors give themselves performance shares.
The ASIC and ASX need to seriously look into all this.
