    re: Ann: Amendment of Settlement Agreement Of... Don't think it was misdirection, but you can't treat "French Infleuence => Nothing is done in Ivory Coast" as a solid fact. You are probably right about the algo trader though, if you are trading to recoup your losses the best strat is to take the 30% return now then risk waiting for the other 20%.
