    re: Ann: Amendment of Settlement Agreement Of... Too depressing lol! My point is surely their is value in this to investors, if it was worth 2c pre-cap raising, and they issued 40% new shares at 3c does that not imply the market cap is, based on hard assets :

    2c*60%+3c*40%=2.4c ?
