fair enough u are paying not me. When my staff ask for a pay rise first question I ask is what's going to change? You get a yearly raise why another raise, what do I get in return? Simple question hard for most to answer.

So how much time commitment did he have before and how much now? When i was young i worked for a mate and he paid me more cause it didn't come out of his pocket. He just managed it. .........
