billyen mgmt has the minority shareholders over the barrel because they control about 30% of the shares and are the 5 largest shareholders
the 6th shareholder owns only 1.9%
It may be difficult even to get the 5% for 346d
Then is the question of what to do with a mining company that doesn’t have one decent mining prospect
