What an irony that Eshmun continues to talk about all the wrongs done by the banks and their executives and how they got away with it for years and nothing was done. Well hello, they have been caught up with and the inept ASIC has been caught out and found to be napping on the job.
Does this sound familiar to the TBR/ RND situation?
Eshmun says "Why don’t you take your indignation and pitchforks and go and complain and hunt down these scum who hide behind all forms of nominee accounts, dark pools, etc etc to corrupt our stock markets day after day under the ever present and whatchful eye of ASX and AISC".
Well i think that is what has happened here at TBR/ RND. People have complained and the authorities have taken action and the Takeovers Panel has made its finding.
I must agree that the performance of both the ASX and ASIC in relation to TBR and RND should be questioned, just as it is being questioned by the head of the Royal Commission into Banking.
Eshmun also says "What a world we live in, greed, greed and more greed and no one lifts a finger to treat the real cancer." Well my friend, i think that it may have taken a long time but the Banking Royal Commission, and the extension to the Insurance Industry and the investigation into aged health care and the investigation into TBR/ RND beneficial owners are pretty good examples of the authorities getting off their collective backsides and finally asking a few questions to treat these cancers.
