In this type of companies shareholders can not and will not be able to know the "true agenda of the directors". We are pretty much like a flea in a dog tail and have no idea where the dog is going. Our role is limited to loose money to the big well connected guys. The sooner we realize this, the better for us. For me, it is too late to late to sell and the shares are worthless anyway.
