No worries, The latter is a distinct possibility also and depending on the details could be a much better deal for KEY shareholders.
Given the number of EGO shares on issue it would be one way for a consolidation to take place. EGO has good assets, so I am not totally against it in principal providing the finer details match up well, which will be interesting given the disparity between our and their market cap: (5m vs 80m)
