Obviously the ASX is not going to do anything about it for, if they were we would have heard/red something about it by now. Talk about ASIC been a toothless tiger lol. The ASX is just as bad if not even worse.

Yet again when they are conflicted in the way that they are a listed company themselves where every cents coming in from their activities will count, what would you expect.
