kaxper, I would expect a bit of both, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and go with just sheer incompetence.

This makes them look very amateur, and a little shady, or just simply foolish.

The AGM is coming up with re-election of directors on the agenda. I know how I'm going to vote.

I would still like to have investigated the relationship between the new director, and the current directors, to see if there is any nepotism at play here, to find out if what kaxper says about them potentially trying to pull a fast one, is true.
