    Don't they need shareholder approval to issue this many shares - I make it about 22% unless I've missed something?

    Also, that's an awfully large cash pile for a company of this size to raise so easily without having to state any specific plans! It doesn't seem obviously a cheap buy in... I'm curious?!?
