Received an email back from Rob today and impressive is the least I can say. He says BP+ definitely fits into the new CPT code and the delay was caused by Uscom confirming that with the AMA prior to releasing information to market. He is very excited and is now preparing the company for January 2016 when it comes into effect.
There don't appear to be many, but any UCM holders can be happy knowing they have a class operator running this company who would give his time and effor to retail investors.
