"Appointment of Alternate Director."- DGR Ann, 24.11.2016

"Mr Bill Stubbs, Non-Executive Chairman DGR Global is currentlu travelling and has intermittent access to communication. Accordingly, he has appointed Mr Karl Schlobohm to act as his alternate direct for the period to 16 Jan 2016."

Observation:

So Mr Stubbs will be away from 24 Nov 2016 to 16 Jan 2016 which is about 52 days approximatley. It does not say that Mr Stubbs is travelling not on company business or else there is no need if he is just on holiday, extended or otherwise.

I decided to look up Mr Bill Stubbs C.V as per DGR Global website on www.dgrglobal.com.au/company-overview/people

In short, Mr Stubbs was the f o u n d i n g  Chairman of Arrow Energy NL which originally pioneer coal seam gas development in Queensland. As far as I recall, Arrow Energy was sold for some A$3.5 billion. I have just read and found that the initial offer was too low. The initial offer was for A$3 billion and it took a month for review. Please check.

"Mr Stubbs is co-founder of the legal firm  Stubbs Berbeler and has practiced extensively in Commercial Law including Stock Market listings and  all areas of mining  law."

Very interesting indeed. There are few places in the world where there is intermittant access to communication.
