The Board advises it has issued 800,000,000 shares ($800,000) in accordance with the underwriting
agreements.
As previously announced Skye Equity Pty Ltd placed $500,000 of the above allotment and has committed to
place an additional $500,000 within 3 months of the closing date of the offer document

Skype seems bullish re VIL and I'm sitting back AGAIN in antisipation for things to pick up.
