oldcodger I think your views are entirely valid and we need to see such comments posted. Hopefully if management read the forum they will also see a balanced argument, as well as pertinent concerns that shareholders need to have. On a personal note, I think management will work around the capital issue with their largest holders. I don't think IG is in a hurry to dilute, so I will assume contingencies have been discussed. I would be more concerned if ORS had debt, huge monthly operational costs and many hundreds of millions of shares. Fortunately...there is wiggle room with the company.
As for the quartz picture...lets see what unfolds.
