its only cheap because there was a sell off of the capital raise shares. not that many were actually sold is positive. once this buyer seller stand off is finished it will scream higher. I doubt the people from the capital raise would drop the price lower than what they paid for so who ever has got the highest bid will have to move it up or the stalemate will just continue.
