Non holders can contribute and if they don't they can be ignored.

I have no probs with this management team - the recent delays can be put down to the exit of Barrick which was probably anticipated. The Non Exec Chairman is also Chairman of CTM (Centarus) whose progress of late is excellent. The Managing Directors are different of course but each is well qualified and hopefully they have the Chairman's confidence.
When a company has a setback, as both AQI and CTM have recently, the Chairman must rally his team, see that new plans and timelines are established and accepted, and make sure that the team knows, and the main stakeholders (us) know that a new achievable program going forward is agreed.

Lets assume we will hear about that soon. And that we all then adopt a strong and positive attitude which is best for trading in the speccie low cap end of the sharemarket. GL all.
