What is a tiny microcap like Alicanto doing paying a basic salary of $240,000 for a ceo they do not currently need?? They should be putting their dwindling cash reserves into drilling, not inflated management salaries, and try to establish some kind of resource asap. Otherwise dilution to the nth degree.
