You obviously know it all and don't need anything so I can't understand why you would come to a forum .

Draw out the flow diagram and you will see what is needed and what is not in the process of lic application. All I can suggest is that you do this for states and territories , then ODC lic ,same for permits then TGA and you will have the full picture and stop using nearology and making incorrect statements adnauseum. . A perfectly complete ODC application could theoretically be turned around in 30 days so why would take 5 months . .
