Seriously draw yourself a flow diagram on a piece of paper and follow the process all the way to the end and you will be enlightened- see the critical part you are missing.

Here is a hint. If AC8 had everything they needed why would they then bother to do a 2nd one ?? Got it yet. ?? Why didn't they grow ( cultivate) harvest and then research or manufacture a product and sell it?? Got it yet?
