Downrampers won't answer yes for obvious reasons (assume surandy would know the answer), uprampers don't appear to understand it, or don't care as I've popped up out of the blue, oh well

My new comment if 4c avg is correct and not 2c, is that the company Ann purposely wanted to avoid advertising the 3c to reduce fear, so in their opinion they tactfully worded the first sentence but they certainly didn't intend it to be interpreted as 2c avg. In reality I now think 2c would be totally ridiculous given current SP, but those that have been in the game longer than me will know more about the regularity of this occurring (and whether I'm wrong).

Given this (if I'm on the right track), 4c and upwards imo was considered a 'pass'. But, the instant placement is @ 3c therefore a reasonable dilution but probably offset by the fact there's a placement option of 5c (which shows a bit of company confidence imo...hopefully). The medium imo would have been 3.5c / 5c but this is based on current SP. I'm guessing from the investors point of view this share was only at 2c one month ago and bounced off partly good news but also hype therefore 3.5/4 for the placement would be a potential overpay.

Still sticking with original comment that content of Ann lacked substance and there's not enough information regarding MC and Ma Genetics (even online regarding Ma, who are they?), as well as the production in Atlanta in terms of increasing outputs. And surandy is right regarding lack of in depth financials about how they'll reach assumed goals.

My guess will be 10-20% gain by cob Monday if above is correct, with options to grow off further updates regarding Atlanta, MC and content of Ma Genetics arrangement. If the above isn't correct, I'll go back to not posting and just reading

Also agree with others MC is probably the go, but would not pull the pin on the other stuff particularly Atlanta. If it ends up pulling a reasonable profit as suggested there's nothing wrong with additional cash flows to put towards the new side of the business.
