1) Sorry, that was a brain fart. It's Uruguay, a banana republic in South America. I was just thinking generic third world dodgy place.

2) Exact same story as every failed project before tbis one. If you see the same people doing the same thing according to the same strategy which always makes them bucket loads of money, and you think this time will be different... well... what can one say about you?

3) Again, they repeatedly successfully raise capital for failed projects. They use this money to pay themselves big fat wages for trivial 'jobs' which are clearly handed out according to nepotism. Look at who is on the payroll! The family gets big fat wages for failing. Where do you think this money is going? It's the same story yet again, they've always managed to raise funds, they've often been oversubscribed for failed projects which were obviously going to fail, and here we are again.

5) Possibly, briefly, on low volume. Difficult to say. But I have every confidence in it dropping below 2c in the not too distant future and eventually zero.

6) Because I am not stupid enough to buy from proven liars who repeatedly fail to deliver and consistently use investors' money to pay themselves big fat wages while shareholders get consistently burned. Because their current story is as implausible as the previous couple. Because every sign points to me losing my money if I buy in. Because I do not like to support con men. Because of the list of reasons far too long to type out. Why would I send money in the direction of terrible liars who take money from people like you and make themselves extremely wealthy, while blatantly lying? That would be insane.
