QLD: I see no realistic hope for this company at all. Hypothetically if there was a complete change of directors and a complete scrapping of all current projects and an entirely new direction, sure, they'd have a shot. But obviously that would be the same as an entirely new company.
Indeed, I have been almost 100% negative on this company for over 5 years now, even while people have abused and ridiculed me. I'm still here, have been spot on all along, and the others have all gone, only to be replaced again and again by people who get burned or have ulterior motives, leaving when their motives start to become obvious then using new accounts with new names.
JamieMac: No pain here, I never invested. Perhaps you don't need to get up too early to fool me but you can't sleep in until 3pm like AEB does. You are repeating the tired old line AEB have been desperately throwing out for years, 'industry x is worth so many $$$$$'. This is irrelevant and you jeed to get your head around this. The beverage industry is worth billions of dollars. That doesn't mean I'm going to make money if I start making cola in my garage, or even with a starting budget of twice the size of AEB. Highlighting the large size of an industry simply makes it more obvious that a joke of a company like AEB has no hope of competing. This irony is obviously lost on AEB believers. A tiny fish has no hope in a huge ocean already full of sharks.
If there genuinely is something novel about feeding algae to fish, a real company will capitalise on it. You can't put a patent on feeding algae to fish!
Cainus: Welcome back! You may remember back then everyone was.calling me disingenuous and stupid, etc. Few people stick around to see the outcome, but as I say in many areas of life where everyone is calling be insane, you may remember me saying I had no doubt about this one and in a few years we'll be able to see it. As I also said back then, unfortunately, winning stocks are not as easy to pick as losing stocks (and the demise of empires/countries is also easier to pick... hence I departed and since starting my posts on AEB I have left Australia!).
I'm glad you only lost a small amount and it's good you learned from it. I don't like where the money went though!
I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that stuff to come to fruition!
Being right doesn't make you popular around here. If I had been saying "We're just about to get some brilliant news which will put a rocket under this little gem and send us to the moon! We've had hard times but we're about to be rewarded handsomely!" everyone would adore me, even if I continually did it for years and was always wrong.
People are pretty stupid, and they'd rather believe a liar or moron with a smile than a sane warning.
