My prediction: It will be loaded with spin, I'm sure with just as little substance as this report, but it will probably cause a price spike, shortly after followed by a trading halt and capital raising notification, probably at 2c, or if their hype is sufficiently effective perhaps as high as 2.5c, in which case it will drop more sharply after the halt and when the new shares hit the market.
