The announcement did hint that they may not need the Silver Stream anymore.
Also, the original plan for the SPP was to pay back all the 'unruly' debt, wasn't it.
Agreed however that a definitive announcement would be nice.
What I want to know more than all of that however is how did the crushing upgrade go - wasn't that due to be done by end of Sep?
