Sunny, price may seem steep based on what you've suggested but I'd say this deal is all about keeping the doors open until the silver price can recover.
Funding was crucial and the money lenders knew that.
If the Silver price goes up in a sustained rise it will pay off handsomely to them as well as us holders.
