step 3. show revenue increase merged entity (this quarter)
step 4. clear register overhang perception (this quarter???)
step 4 requires instos to step up to take Bluesky stake.
they are probably waiting on step 3
considering we are trading on maybe 2 x revenue - I think the price discount we have is not the issue (plenty of upside) - its just about proving the potential
