6.5 cents would be a joke. Only possible an offer would be made so low because of a continued hold down campaign and a run of failed directors dumping their shares. It wouldn't get my vote, and certainly would get the top holders votes either.
So no chance that would get through imo.
Plenty of potential buyers out there though and as I've said before, I expect it to be the moment I do eventually sell.
