It is very common across the industry to use resellers, in fact many clients prefer to deal through a reseller rather than direct with the company. They can/will often recommend a quality product to their existing client base too. Definitely nothing to be concerned about, actually its very promising that they have shown us support like this imo.

Thanks Subs. So by us being a re-seller we can be independent and advise and offer e.g. the client (Qld. government) what we consider is the best solution for their needs. In effect we have acquired a product that we can sell and implement for other clients.
