About our use of Nextgate's referral software where we were described as a re-seller. 

As soon as I read "re-seller" I was a little uncomfortable as it implied little involvement on our part i.e. a passive role.  Then I read that is not strictly the case as actually we use it and we  "  roll-outNextGate Solutions’ Provider Registry software across Queensland’s health network is part of the integrated referral management solution."  and  "A second contract was also secured with Queensland’s Metro South Hospital and Health Service, which covers initial implementation and configurationof NextGate’s solution. It also includes integration with the GP Smart Referrals platform, which enables GPs to create and submit electronic referrals from existing practice software."   It is more like a partnership to me as indeed poster "Subs" describes it    https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/36642209/single.      O.K., my point is not a big deal but I'd prefer to use some other term than "re-seller" e.g. licensee.
