Highlights

• MKM Health will supply NextGate’s Provider Registry solution to establish a Queensland wideReferral Service Directory (RSD)

• The solution will be the central point of reference for external referrals from GeneralPractitioners across Queensland Hospital and Health Services• The RSD solution will be supplied using a Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment modelwith the contracted term lasting through to mid-2024. It will be initially implemented at MetroSouth Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS) and Sunshine Coast Hospital and HealthService (SCHHS)

• Adds ~$12 million to Alcidion’s contracted revenue pool over five years

• MKM Health is an authorised reseller of NextGate’s flagship Enterprise Master Patient Index(EMPI) and Provider Registry software in both Australia and New Zealand. This is the secondmajor NextGate contract for MKM Health, having partnered with NextGate last year toimplement their EMPI solution across the Victorian public health service.

“This contract will allow us to establish a stronger presence in Queensland, working closely withQueensland Health and in partnership with Queensland Health agencies to deliver on a high valueproject. It also adds a sizeable increase to our total contracted forward revenue pool to be recognisedover the next five years, which as of September 30, stood at $23.9 million,” said Ms Quirke.
