Great announcement, very promising share price action of late too!
I'm guessing the deal is very much a "UK foot in the door", "get it right and get more interest" type deal. Meaning a bit more of a discount applied, but we all know that the UK exposure will be PRICELESS.
UK's health system is a different beast to the "snail paced" Australian system we have come to know... so lets hope this one gets up and running quickly and the results can be broadcast loud and proud.

Personally, I hope the gap stays in place just to stick it to whoever has been continuously playing for pips during the quiet period we have been experiencing over the last year...
