Telstra may be.. but Orion Health absolutely not! I don't think they have the reserves/credibility right now to make such a big acquisition. This based on Alcidion's enterprise value to revenue of -2x i.e. we are trading almost half of what our value should be based on revenue. If we were to trade at 9 cents-10 cents then our EV (805.2 on issue) would be approx 80million and Orion Health itself is a 100m company so doesnt add up on how they could afford.
on the other hand, Tesltra Health is losing its value like there is no tomorrow and again i dont think will take a risk to do a 100% takeover.
My bets are more on top guns in the industry like Apple, Google, Microsoft etc who could afford to buy out the company before it grows too big.
