Ann: Alcidion Announces Board and Management Changes, page-5

Today we announced several changes to Alcidion’s Board and senior management as we embark on the next stage of growth. Executive Chairman and co-founder Ray Blight will transition to the role of Non-Executive Chairman. We are pleased to advise Kate Quirke has been appointed Group Managing Director. Both of these appointments are effective immediately. Duncan Craig has resigned from the position of CFO and Company Secretary for personal reasons, effective 28 February, and Colin MacKinnon has been appointed COO / CFO for Alcidion Group.

The Board and senior management changes follow the successful execution of our growth strategy in 2018, and drive Alcidion forward as a global leader in healthcare IT.
