Substantial holder selling that explains why it's so cheap then, $3mill for a drill ready goldie with good ground it won't last, 8% is only $250k that's nothing, once they sort through all the paper work and drilling is announced that will get sliced through like butter.
Good time to get set right now then, sit back and wait for the music to start, with all the big goldie running high on valuations, this is the best place to do business with these kinds of plays need alittle bit of patience, but once drilling is announced it will be on.
