ALY, when Kevin Cassidy (a very respected geo researcher whose name you will find on many papers) was MD, farmed-in with Heron Resources in respect of some Lachlan Fold tenements that had been explored. HRR wanted to concentrate on developing Woodlawn. I believe that KC was instrumental in getting this deal - also in selecting Karonie south of Breaker Resources emerging gold discovery in WA.
Both of us had Straits shares, so I was wondering if you know much about the areas ALY is/will be exploring in the farm-in. No hurry. The Presentation is the place to start. Today's news might help too.
The company suggests Cobar-style min'n. Pfuzzy directed me to Peel R/PEX when I asked a question here about that.
Both of the new areas have appeal. Karonie has hit the right button here, but imo the HRR ground might be fertile too.
Btw, NST owns about 15% of ALY.
