In other words, there will be no CETO 6 demonstration prior to the Australian summer of 2019-20. In particular, there will be no offshore CETO 6 in Cornwall prior to then.

I'd rate that as market sensitive.

I suppose we still need clarification as to what if anything will be happening in Cornwall for the next two years. Given that there is a large sum of grant money available over there.
