It’s a good Announcement. It didn’t say the Ocean bed is about to be sucked away. I feel it did make a point for expenditure by specifics for Vessel...how many and who. It’s not bad. Price sensitive can also mean SP stays the same and doesn’t fall as it would if it was bad.... ummmmm that’s enough from me
