They have set protocols, they don't make their own decision on an ann by ann basis.
So when they see "geological blah blah blah" it is automatically price sensitive, because the next one could be "geological catastrophe strikes mine".
And when you see a director's interest changing it is always non-price sensitive, even if the announcement says "director sells entire 12% holding in company"
