I often feel with a lot of explorers they try to get as many projects as they can onto the books to spark investor interest, whereas the end result is finite resources being spread too thinly across the various projects, resulting in the downward spiral I talked about - which goes along with fading investor interest.
By all means have the projects there on the books, but perhaps look to grow by rapidly advancing one project and one project only. Only bite off what you can chew.
I think a lot of what the great military strategists through history have done could be applied to exploration companies. The concept of 'fighting on interior lines' I think is analogous to a focussed plan by an explorer that conserves resources.
Use of interior lines is a strategy of warfare based on the fact that lines of movement and communication within an enclosed area are shorter than those on the outside. As the area held by a defensive force shrinks, the advantages increase.
