St3, with this type of negotiation there really isn’t a sunset nominated to wrap up a deal. It will be done when both parties agree or pull out.
This Ann gives the market a breather from all the bad feelings vented from Winx1 disappointment.
equally important it will take a whole lot of angst out of the AGM face to face discussions with disgruntled SH.
Nevertheless it is good to know there is a farmee at the negotiation table
