Any Company that was in the War Room would have had to sign Confidentiality Agreements and quite possibly, Non Circumvention & Non Disclosure Agreements. Thus, DW cannot say that X number of Companies have reviewed the data.

Additionally, you can bet your back teeth that the Preferred Bidder is probably watching every statement (including ASX announcements ) that comes out of 88E to gauge how strong we are.

If they sense any weakness on our part, it gives them the ability to go for a higher percentage or better terms.

At the same time, he cannot say we are "close" to a deal as the Preferred Bidder would see right through that. He is right " a deal is not done until it is done".
