By my reckoning from the last quarterly, which stated,

Cash on hand $21723000
Forecast spend $10040000

That leaves $11683000

Now, they won't have spent the full budget set for Winx as they didn't frac and flow test.

They they will have more than the ~$11 mill.

Plus they are due the Winx drilling bond refund of over $1 mill.

So they probably have somewhere around ~$13 mill is guess.

But if you say they have "no money" I'm sure you'd be able to show us your calculations.
