That's exactly what it's says. ..Commercial . ..not huge not gusher but lower end of commercial.
What it doesn't say is non commercial, or below the cut off for commerciality .
Are people selling because they can't read, or does 88e need to clarify its announcement and it is a duster?
As it stands. ..commercial oil.
