Typical Chinese negotiating tactic to see if the price will come down or you go bankrupt.
Perhaps Viking should stick with gold in Australia and stay away from Coal in Mongolia nad Lithium in Thailand.
I wonder what they will pop with next? Any bets on cobalt?
