The other party doesn’t have a leg to stand on they broke a contract. It’s a simple case. I’m just not sure how long it will take the case to be heard in Ghana.. hopefully before the end of the year.
The chairman owns a law firm in Sydney with 40 lawyers working for him, no doubt he will also be looking over the court case.
